 8.09.2 (r18529)
brcm47xxBased on the r18529 pre-release of Kamikaze 8.09.2, this firmware includes native IPv6 support.

A special package "nativev6" has been created to help automate the setup of a native IPv6 connection, and includes a modified version of the UCI firewall that supports ip6tables.

A ULA IPv6 address (fd00::1/64) is configured on the LAN interface, and is advertised on the local network as a DNS server (via both the WIDE DHCPv6 server and radvd).

The Avahi daemon provides a .local domain that enables automatic IPv6 name resolution on the LAN for operating systems that support mDNS/Zeroconf/Boujour.

Refer to the /etc/nativev6/README file for further details.

There is currently no LuCI web interface support for the configuration of dhcp6c, dhcp6s, firewall6 or radvd.

All IPv6 related services are pre-configured.  You just need to ensure you tick the IPv6 option when configuring your PPPoE WAN interface via the LuCI web GUI.

Note: This firmware has been tested with Internode's native IPv6 service only, and I cannot guarantee it will work with any other ISP.

Important: There are NO wireless drivers in this firmware as OpenWRT have removed them from the 8.09 branch due to stability issues.  If you already run OpenWRT Kamikaze and wish to enable native IPv6, please install the packages described at this page.
